Utilizing QuadStrat, a strategic performance assessment, we are able to identify key areas in which the board, management, and staff are strategically aligned - or misaligned. Having this information available during the planning session can help us identify, with certainty, Key Success Factors which may need to be addressed through strategic objectives and strategies.
